 I am really passionate about art. This website is designed to provide a simple straight forward portfolio. I hope you like what you see and you can contact me at the bottom of the page.

Artist Statement 

Video games and animations with the unique characters and striking colors have made a big influence in my art. I'm presently a college graduate and my current body of work consists of a majority of schoolwork, though I am working towards making several personal pieces. The process starts with a sketch in a sketchbook, it moves forward by bringing the pencil work into a digital space in a computer, working on refining the image and determining the best course of action for the project are the next steps. When the project is complete a print can be made.

I use a lot of bold colors and simple tones to craft character designs from my pencil sketches. Using colors to give life to the sketches, pulling them together in a new form. The level of detail included often exceeds my own expectations. I'm working towards being even better than my current skill level and where I want to go with my talent is game or animation design. However currently my artist direction is very open. After school it is my intention to really define my art even more along the lines of character design.
